1. Introduction
Welcome to Nataly Philippou Photography.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of photography services.
By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Provider
Nataly Philippou / Larnaca, Cyprus
All services are provided in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and applicable EU regulations, including EU Consumer Rights Directive and GDPR.
3. Services
Services include (but are not limited to):
- Wedding photography
- Baptism photography
- Portrait & family sessions
- Artistic photography
Details, pricing, and deliverables are agreed individually with each client.
4. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date.
- The booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid as agreed (typically before or on the session date).
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- The booking fee is non-refundable.
- One reschedule may be granted with sufficient notice (minimum 48–72 hours), subject to availability.
- In case of force majeure (illness, emergency), reasonable flexibility will be applied.
If the photographer cancels, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
6. Artistic Style
By booking, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photographer’s style.
- Editing style, composition, and artistic interpretation are at the photographer’s discretion.
- No refunds are provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with style.
7. Delivery of Images
- Delivery timelines are approximate and communicated in advance (accordingly to each contract /e.g. 2–4 weeks).
- Images are delivered digitally via online gallery or download link.
- The photographer is not responsible for file loss after delivery — clients must back up their files.
8. Digital Products & EU Law
Digital images are classified as digital content.
- By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with EU law.
- Digital products are non-refundable.
9. Prints & Physical Products
- Prints, albums, and physical products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
10. Copyright & Usage
All images are protected by copyright law.
- Copyright remains with the photographer.
- Clients receive a non-commercial, personal-use license.
- The following is prohibited without written permission:
- Commercial use
- Editing or altering images
- Selling or redistributing images
11. Model Release & Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, exhibitions, and marketing.
- Clients may request privacy in writing prior to the session.
12. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Arrive on time
- Cooperate during the session
- Obtain permission for shooting locations if required
The photographer is not responsible for missed images due to delays or lack of cooperation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client
The photographer is not responsible for:
- Weather conditions
- Venue restrictions
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control (backup measures are used where possible)
14. Website Use
- All content on this website is owned by Nataly Philippou
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use images without permission
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action

This website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content or practices.
16. Privacy & Cookies
