1. Scope
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical and digital products offered by Nataly Philippou Photography via www.natalyphilippou.com.
Products may include:
- Printed photographs
- Fine art prints
- Photo albums (custom-made)
- USB drives with digital images
- Digital image delivery
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed after full payment is received.
- Production time applies to all custom products (albums, prints).
- Estimated production + delivery time: accordingly to each contract (e.g. 2–4 weeks for physical products).
Digital products are delivered separately (see section 6).
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the client.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order size.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs procedures
- Peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day)
4. Custom Products
Photo albums and certain printed products are custom-made and personalized.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive:
- Custom-made products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the issue
We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)
6. Digital Delivery
- Digital images are delivered via online gallery or download link
- Delivery time: typically, within 48 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the service
Due to the nature of digital content:
- Digital products are non-refundable
- By receiving/download, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU law
7. USB Products
USB drives are considered physical products containing digital content.
- Faulty USB devices will be replaced
- We are not responsible for data loss after delivery
- Clients are advised to back up files immediately
8. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products Only)
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The issue is reported within 24 hours
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made albums
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Minor color variations (due to screen vs print differences)
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, customers generally have 14 days to cancel an order.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. albums)
- Digital products once delivery has started
10. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
