1. Scope of Services
This website provides professional photography services, including but not limited to: portrait sessions, weddings, baptisms, family photography, and artistic photography. Products may include both digital images and physical prints.
2. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your date.
- The booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability and at least 2 weeks notice.
- In case of force majeure (illness, emergency), rescheduling will be considered individually.
If the photographer is unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Refund Policy (Services)
Due to the nature of photography services:
- No refunds are provided once the service has been delivered.
- Dissatisfaction based on artistic style or subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund, as the client has reviewed the photographer’s portfolio prior to booking.
5. Digital Products
By purchasing digital images:
- You explicitly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery/download has started, in accordance with EU law.
- Digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable.
6. Image Delivery
- Delivery time is typically [accordingly to each contract], unless otherwise specified.
- Images are delivered via online gallery or download link.
- The photographer is not responsible for file loss after delivery — clients are advised to back up files.
7. Physical Products (Prints, Albums)
- Prints and albums are non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.
- Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
8. Copyright & Usage
- All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
- Clients receive a personal-use license only.
- Commercial use, editing, or resale without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The photographer is not liable for:
- Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue restrictions, third-party interference)
- Missed shots due to lack of cooperation or delays by the client
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
- Images may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
- Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
